Witchfinder General - Death Penalty

british '80 Doom founders. a bit of Uriah Heep, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull and Thin Lizzy. with some great crazy lyrics ("look out for me, let's trip on lsd") and great artwork. (naked girls on graveyards always work)

recommended for Doom/Stoner hardrock fans.

Lordi - The Monsterican Dream

A album from the Finnish monsters that Turisas toured with as their warm up band. And it was the only album I didn't have that Lordi had done. Ordered it over the internet a couple of days ago, and it was worth the wait.

Immortal - Battles in the North
Immortal - Sons of Northern Darkness

Blashyrkh!!!!

Def Leppard - Pyromania
Now this is trve metal if anything!

King Diamond - Conspiracy
King Diamond - The Puppet Master
King Diamond - The Graveyard
King Diamond - The Spider's Lullabye
King Diamond - Voodoo

Had to have some more KD albums. I love TG and Conspiracy in particular!

Nasum - Grind Finale
Massive collection. I've always loved Nasum and this was indeed a worthy farewell offering. RIP Miezko!

Tokyo Blade - s/t
Classic NWOBHM. Not brilliant but good nonetheless. If Heaven is Hell is a super classic!

Suffocation - Suffocation
Brilliant technicality! I never liked their old albums much but this is damn good!

Tokix - Think This
Thrash is (tied with pagan/heathen/viking) my favourite musical style. This power thrash monster is awesome. Very technical but also with nice melodies and good songs!

Skyclad - No Daylights Nor Heeltaps
Party album!

Iced Earth - Iced Earth
Early IE is pure brilliance. One of the best heavy/power metal bands of all time and this is one hell of a debut!

Naglfar - Pariah
Pretty standard black but I like the way they summon the darkness!

Wishbone Ash - Argus
One of the greatest albums of all time!

Danzig - III How the Gods Kill
Don't know why I got this one. Was never a big Danzig fan. Found it cheap and it is pretty good I have to confess.

sure it isn't Toxik? hehe...

last bought albums must be...euhm...
Mercyful Fate - Don't Break The Oath

classic. Not as good as Melissa imo, still a must have for every self respecting metalhead. (altough there aren't much left these days...)

WataiN - Rabid's Death Curse

completed the holy Trinity of WataiN cd's.Heavy as fuck, raw sound and you can clearly hear what has to come on Casus Luciferi.

Turisas - The Varangian Way
They have somehow managed to top their debut album Battle Metal with relative ease. When you listen to The Varangian Way, you'll understand why I said that.

SEVERED SAVIOUR - BRUTALITY IS THE LAW

Somewhat technical brutal death/grind, not brilliant but the gutteral vocals are extremely kick ass, that guy owns.

Some of my latest. Those I can remember at 8 o'clock, sitting at work at least

Dream Theater - Systematic Chaos
Their best since Metropolis 2 imho!

Malevolent Creation - Warkult
Not as good as Retribution or The Ten Commandments but still good death metal

Overkill - Relix IV
Meh...I keep trying but it seems I won't like anything released after the mighty Horrorscope

Prototype - Trinity
I love this band! Got their latest album so I had to check out this debut as well. Very cool thrash/prog/power metal, US style!

Queensryche - Empire
I've been a fan of Q for many, many years but have never gotten around to buying Empire. Until now that is. I like the album but after O:M it seemed a bit dull.

Slayer - Divine Intervention
Completed my Slayer cd collection.

Ulver - Themes from William Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell
Masterpiece!

Opeth - My Arms Your Hearse
And another one!

Helloween - Keeper of the Seven Keys - The Legacy
Sold my digi and got this one instead. I hate digipacks.

Cephalic Carnage - Xenosapien
Very cool stuff. Amazingly mental!

Kiss - Unmasked
Kiss - Music from the Elder
Kiss - Ace Frehley solo
Kiss - Paul Stanley solo

In the process of completing my Kiss cd collection. I remember hating The Elder as a kid but hell it rocks!!!! The Oath has to be the best Kiss song ever made!

Vintersorg - Solens Rötter
Super! His best since Cosmic Genesis!

Anthrax - Stomp 442
Found it cheap. Loved this album when it came out. Still like it.

Savatage - Streets
Nah. Gutter Ballet is the only Savatage album for me.

puhlease, mister Külta, Gutter Ballet, the best of Savatage... (ok, it has the titeltrack and when the crowds are gone) but seriously better then Hall Of The Mountain King or Sirens?
