Has anyone else heard them? I've heard the tracks from their MySpace, and they sound really good. Whats everyone elses opinion?

Yeah, I'm listening to some now, they seem kind of like a Celtic equivalent to the Anglo-Saxon based Forefather, who I really like.

I've heard alot of positive things about Forefather. Is there anywhere I can go to legally listen to their tracks?

The only place I know of is their MySpace. I also bought their latest album.

From what I can hear of Forefather, their style seems to differ quite a bit from Shieldwall... Shieldwall just seem more folk influenced. Ah well, both good bands! If I was to start buying Forefather albums, which one would you recommend?

I don't really know, because I only have one. But from what I have read, the first album is more traditionally black metal sounding, whereas the other three use more clean vocals and generally have a more folk-influenced sound.

I'll probably go for the first album then, as I am a bigger fan of Black Metal than Folk Metal.
