@Cari: Yep, yep, those three were also available for download on last.fm. Thanks for posting the links, it's easier to get those at that site, last.fm requires an account and all that jazz. Good band, anyway

@ StoneWoman, I mentioned Baranduin on January the 25th, didn't I? =)

And I have their "unreleased" demo too ('Sword of Ancient Might', 2003/2004)...minus one song *the keyboardist keeps forgetting to send that over...*

That guy DID tell me they're working on a new EP so...

Oh, sorry. I probably skipped your post, but anyway, the same suggestion coming from more than just one person is welcome I guess, one states it and the next one agrees. Take my post as a confirmation.

Wow its been well over a year since i made this topic. Some very good bands have been listed, but none are as good as Turisas in my opinion. But yeah about downloading, i do download but i try to atleast buy one album by that band because i dont always have a lot of money. I hope to see turisas live one day :P

Baranduin - have black metal & clean vocals. Music reminds me of Turisas though.

according to last.fm's similar artist list for Turisas:

Finsterforst
Wolfchant
XIV Dark Centuries
Thronar
Cadacross
Waylander
Nomans Land
