BON JOVI Guitarist To Replace POISON Vocalist On Rock Of Love

Hollywood.com reports that BON JOVI guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA is set to replace POISON vocalist BRET MICHAELS in the next season of reality TV dating show Rock Of Love.

Michaels recently wrapped season two when he chose aspiring actress Ambre Lake as the winner and his new girlfriend.

Despite the first season being exposed as a fraud - the winning contestant already had a boyfriend - Michaels and Lake insist this time it is for real, and they are handing the show over to another single star.

Sambora, 48, has been single since his April 2007 divorce from actress Heather Locklear and a short-lived romance with Locklear's former friend Denise Richards ended last year.

And TV bosses want to help him find love. A source tells OK! magazine, "He's perfect for TV. If you thought Bret was must-see TV, you ain't seen anything yet. Richie is going to be a train wreck looking for love."

Meh. A Rob Halford Rock of Love would be more interesting.

I don't even watch the one with Bret. The chicks are so skanky and psychotic I couldn't bear to think of dating any of them.

I can just imagine....Richie will have the girls compete for his attention by seeing which one of them can win the obstacle race.....running to the sink, filling up a glass with water, then running to the medicine cabinet in the bathroom....grab his viagra, and get it to his bedroom in time, before he falls asleep from watching his favorite show Matlock.

Not to mention he shouldn't be doing this for sex. I would have had my unit bronzed after landing Heather Locklear.

Ha ha ha I know that is right. Locklear was a super babe.... and I am not keen on blondes.


I watched about 10 minutes of the Brett Michael one. I could give a shit less about that kind of garbage. You couldn't pay me to watch these so called "music" channels, nor network TV. I am a geek. I like Discovery Channel and Sci-fi etc. The only show that has even held my attention in the last ten years on a network or music channel has been "House."
