There's some songs I would really like to see in Guitar Hero. And I'm kind of disappointed with Guitar Hero 3 tracks compared to #2. I'm hoping they offer some of those songs as downloadable content for PS3 since you can't play Guitar Hero 2 on the system.

Yeah, most of the bonus tracks are pretty bad, save for maybe a few exceptions that are only redeemable because they are just fun to play, not actually good songs. Rock Band set list looks really boring to me. I mean, I couldn't think of a worse Soundgarden song to play. And why overlap with Cherub Rock? It was nice to see a Bon Jovi song, as I figured GH would have gotten to that already. And when the hell are well gonna see some Zep or Floyd? |

Don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking Prototype. It's just that the song* doesn't do it for me .... it doesn't help either that playing through the song on GH is my first time hearing anything from Prototype, i.e. I had no idea who they were beforehand. Furthermore, you might as well say it would be worth reporting to Jesper that I said that a bonus In Flames song was abysmal. I like In Flames. However, the song in the game is just not good for me - something from their earlier albums would have been a lot better for me. *The solo section is a complete joy to play through, and it sounds great Last edited by RiffDaemon : November 15th, 2007 at 06:59 PM. |
