Like Guitar Hero, but...
...you play it on the PC and you use your own music. You will be able to buy if from Steam (the Half-Life download service) for $10 when it is released. I don't know much about it except that it has different modes. Here's some vids I found from it.
BTW, it's called Audiosurf. It looks to me that it likes simpler rhythms more than complex. It seems a bit like Tetris meets Mario Kart played to your favorite music.
