yes

Yes it was an interesting week of putting out fires and rocking the shit out of people, I loved it, and yet feel a sense of emptiness from it as well, it will forever be dubbed MUDlahoma to me now. Thankfully Camille's arm wasn't broken and that the side stages were in transition while the main stage was performing when the storm hit.

QR set was brilliant even though Geoff does improvise at times, I loved the theatrics, I had seen it originally when they had released the album and it was nothing compared to the new show that incidentally included Pamela Moore (sister Mary) with that huge main stage and the prop's and that monstrous system outside their show was Brilliant!

I had a great time playing with Krucible, and the crowd seemed to really get it and responded extremely well to our set, that was a nice bonus. We had David Prater, mix us (producer of Firehouse and two Dream Theater albums) he was very excited about the band after the show and is still talking about it
which is nice.

Saturdays storm hit with a vengeance, and unfortunately a few bands like Linum, Deathriders and Shadowside were unable to perform the next day.
But we got three stages up in the beer tents on Sunday Morning and rocked the entire (extremely hot) day away!

I slept very well for the next 3 days after this one, as I happened to have my camp right next to the Texas Hippy Coalitions revolving party RV, netting about me and my family about 3.5 hours of sleep a night the entire week. For as much Pot as those guys smoke, they sure do stay up late!

Wish you were there, it was a great time, see you all at PP in Sept.

Lance
