We are happy to announce that that THE MYSTERY signed a deal with PURE LEGEND RECORDS. The band plays a captivating, authentic and slightly Hard Rock-ish Melodic Metal, and has with their new album, "Apocalypse 666", a real treat up its sleeve.

The album is to be released in late summer / fall on PURE LEGEND RECORDS / PURE STEEL RECORDS.

The band's statement:

"We are looking forward to working with a label positioned in the traditional Metal and Hard Rock scene. So far, our albums were published on labels with a very broad audience, where we were missing the true passion for Metal, which means so much more than just "making music". We are very happy to be a part of the PURE STEEL family and are facing a bright future."

Long did it take - but it was definitely worth the wait! We will release the new album of THE MYSTERY, "Apocalypse 666", on September 7, 2012. It's a real masterpiece of female fronted metal!!!

16 years ago, the band THE MYSTERY from North-West-Germany released their third studio-album “Apocalypse 666” on September 7. Before that, they produced two full-length demos “…Where the Wind Blows Freedom” (2002) and “Facing the Storm” (2003), followed by two official albums, “Scars” (2005) and “Soulcatcher” (2008). “Apocalypse 666” was their first album produced together with Pure Legend Records and their new singer Iris Boanta from the all-girls-AC/DC-tribute-band BLACK THUNDER LADIES.

This band now offers you very rough but melodic vocals, which has nothing to with symphonic Scandinavian Nightwish-imitations. Most songs on this album offer you classic and true Heavy Metal with powerful and sometimes speedy doublebass-drums, obligatory twin-guitar passages, sophisticated guitar solos, a little bit of clichés in their lyrics and a pumping bass-line. This band plays a kind of mixture between US-Metal, a bit of NWoBHM and European Power Metal. The production of this album is very strong and powerful. There will also be an LP-version released by Pure Steel Records.

THE MYSTERY is a must for everyone who wears an IRON MAIDEN-patch on his jacket!

The event starts at 7:30 p.m. and doors are open a half an hour earlier. Especially for this historical evening, Hardtickets are available in our shop and also directly Club Heiligenhaus.
