Help with MuchLoud...

Guys I heard that apparently muchLoud has an issue with the live format of our videos (Silence Calls the Storm, On the Shores of Ithaka and Legions of the Betrayed). They are all taken from our DVD. Maybe we misunderstood somehow since they seem to have other live videos on rotation but I was wondering if I could ask your help to request QV Videos from that station. We've had no problems with Musique Plus (the French sister station) - they've been playing our videos regularly since April... so please lend us a hand and request Quo Vadis at www.muchloud.com, the contact/request e-mail is muchloud@muchmusic.com

huh? wtf? that's some lame excuse..when ppl should start talking about open platforms and open formats, they don't air content that are "incompatible" with their software standards? i shall refrain from further brutal comments.

The format of the media is correct, they don't like the fact that the videos are live videos as opposed to something with a story line.
