I'm constantly amazed by how stupid/goofy some people can get. Just when I think they are at the apex of goofiness, someone transcends even that.

Audits by Comptroller Alan Hevesi's office showed that between January 2000 and March 2005, 198 sex offenders in New York received Medicaid-reimbursed Viagra after their convictions. Those included crimes against children as young as 2 years old, he said.

Not only has the federal government now helped level 3 <http://www.doc.state.mn.us/level3/level3.asp>sex offenders with their crimes against women and children, adding insult to injury they are using our tax dollars to reimburse them for commiting the acts.

Numbers of sex offenders using other drugs for sexual dysfunction and being reimbursed by Medicaid are not yet in.

It still states that any man released from prison is to be given a pistol and one shot and a horse. I think it was last year a man released from jail demanded his horse and pistol and it was given to him, well the horse anyway. State law. I think he sold the horse. This is still in affect from laws that were passed in the 1890's.
