it does look kind of prefab but it looks like its at least made of real materials and not like a glorified double-wide held together by sawdust, glue and broken dreams like what you posted

i dont think tranqs house actually IS prefab though. i agree it "looks like" it but i dont think it actually is, at least theres nothing on the page that indicates it is
