we knew an ex vietnam commando who used to go to the beach and pickup a washed up log and run down the beach for excercise. My dad couldn't even keep up without a log, nor lift a log. Also, this guy is one of the skinniest fucks you'll ever see.

yeah... this guy (danielle vedova was his name) ate like any 10 people, and had retarded strength and stamina. He was a fellow oyster farmer like my dad, and was also part of the Canadian Rangers (kinda like the pansy canadian version of US militia kinda deal).
