Aurel, you win. I inadvertently let my blackberry playbook's battery life reach 0%, and now I can't turn this thing on. Over the past 3 days I have attempted stacked charges, as well as hooking it up to a pc to download an update that is suppose to make it rise from the grave, no dice. The damn thing will not take a charge! My next step is to buy a rapid charger and see if that can bring it back from cardiac arrest. Honestly, I have positive things to say about the device when it's operational, but this software flaw is just fn silly! If all else fails, going to be on the phone with Tibet.

Apple has pretty much rendered them obsolete, despite shilling an inferior product. Aside from the fact that the playbook won't turn on, the playbook trounces the ipad in every way.

I tried debricking this pile of guano two days ago to no avail. Going to contact customer support on my off day (since I'll be on the phone with Istanbul for a good 2 hours atleast) and have these arse RIMs set things straight. 1 yr warranty on playbooks, but the whole process is supposed to be an ordeal.
