Update:
NAD is now completely gay for Rwake. I didn't attend the Cynic show a few weeks back. This thread is two years old already?! !

I know, I know. There's a reason why I only have one testicle.

I smashed thee ffuck out of my right middle and ring fingers today. I was closing the garage doors to leave for work. One of them has an opener, the other one is manual and I was trying to shut that fucker while talking on the phone with the other hand. Next thing I know I'm screaming, actually *screaming* and I look to see my fingers disappearing between two of the panels on the door. I don't remember how I got them free but I do remember seeing my mobile break in two as it hit the ground and I immediately thought, "there's goes any chance of getting help".

The other day I woke up, went to check my email while drinking my coffee and the taskbar was on the left side of the screen instead of the bottom. I tried everything I could think of to get it back to the bottom, horizontal layout but nothing happens. How do I fix it? Why did the taskbar realign itself during the middle of the night?

you need to right click on it and uncheck "lock taskbar" or whatever the option says
then you can drag it

i manage to do that on accident sometimes then have a frustrating time getting it back to the bottom. everytime i get it back to the bottom though, i have no idea how i did it. i mean, i know HOW i did it, but it always works only on the 28th repeated attempt at the same thing.

just wanted to chime in about now understanding why you want to cancel your netflix account lord dorian.
since Viki was born I was able to sit through the first hour of The Dark Knight ... and even that in 10 minute increments over a week or so. I couldn't even watch an entire episode of The Tonight Show with Conan yet ... but my little butt nugget is worth everything. can't imagine my life without her anymore. ![]() |

Heh, yeah, The Wire Season 1 was, I think, the very last thing I rented from Netflix before closing my account. There is a time period between age one and two when they don't require constant holding and coddling and yet they are too young to be aware of what you're watching. It's quickly over to be replaced by the *child* taking over the television in the mornings so you can drink as much coffee as possible in relative peace.
lol @ Lurch watching a movie in 10 minute increments. Sounds about right. |

Two weekends ago I smashed my fingers. This past Saturday, I got a piece of painted metal from the 1950s stuck in my finger and only had filthy toe nail clippers to get it out. Then on Sunday, while driving, I was bitten by an insect and now today I have a red streak going up my arm from the bite. Looking forward to whatever this coming weekend has in store.

Weekends of course are super busy as you can imagine. Good thing I bought a couch for the office so I can at least chill for a half hour here and there. |
