so is Wretched worth looking into?

opinions on Doomsword? I'm hesitant since I'm loving the Maryland/D.C. scene, not necessarily the more epic stuff.

Wretched - no, not in my opinion.

Doomsword - think Bathory going Epic Traditional Metal.

yes, yes. i know i need that one.

went to the used cd store today and solace - further was still there, so i grabbed it. also nabbed place of skulls - the black is never far. both used. and cheap.

not a huge fan of Earthride only because im not a fan of Sherm's vox. they remind me of lee dorian;s vox, which ruins Cathedral for me.

I thought Sherm's vocals were fine, and a bit of a change from the cleaner vox employed by most of the DOBD bands last year was needed by the time they hit the stage

I might be late in joining the bandwagon but that second Warning album is just beyong amazing. How does the debut fare in comparison?

Musically just as good. Vocally it isn't as good. I still love both of the albums.
