On about my seventh listen. And I'm gonna say it right now: it's gonna take something REALLY REALLY REALLY good to displace this as album of the year.

This is the only release of the past year or so at least that I really want to own a physical copy of. I have bought very few new releases since maybe 2006, turning mostly to the 70s and 60s.

I can't express my excitement over an album that actually brings me back to that kind of enjoyment of new music - like Doomcifer said, I really need to spend the time to just sit there and read along with the lyrics and art without distractions.

Amazing. I'll donate!

I miss doing this so much. No time anymore. Most of my musical enjoyment comes from slapping one headphone in one ear at work whilst the other ear is occupied by angry foreigners yelling about their orders not going through due to billing address issues.

still rules though ... some parts I can even play for Viktoria as lullabies

The first 3 songs I didn't recognize. I reckon they were new or something, or I was just hammered. They ended with "_____ On Limpid Form", which blew my mind. Then Toby came right out (now decked in a suit and sunglasses) and played bass for Secret Chiefs 3.
