Guest Appearance for The Grand Deception: Meri Tadic / Eluveitie (violin)

We are pleased to announce another guest that will appear on our upcoming CD, The Grand Deception. The musician is none other than MERI TADIC, known for her violin mastery in the Swiss folk metal band ELUVEITIE. She has taken part in the sorrowful track THY PALE EXISTENCE. This collaboration has been a long time in coming and we couldn't be any happier that she's finally able to take part.

So how did that work exactly? Did she fly out to Florida to record or did you guys toss the recording across the pond for her to record her part?

Meri and I have actually composed quite a few songs together (the wonders of the internet!) and so we just shipped her a rough version of the song and she took care of all the recording on her side (with some help from Anna and Merlin of Eluveitie)... then shot us back all the wave files and we did our thing on this end...
