New Skyfire EP - Studio update

Hello guys

just thought I would post some links with some new footage from our recording session of the new EP .

These clips are mostly focusing on the solos, but I will post more clips later of some other stuff as well.

As always we drank too much so you´ll have to deal with the low budget presentation, but at least the audio sounds ok I think.

Sounds good. Sounds very good. Can't wait to hear the songs with vocals. When will you be able to reveal the titles?

Not really sure. We have alot of songs written so now we have to decide which ones to use for the EP, then record everything properly. So Jocke hasnt begun to write the lyrics yet. I think there will be 5 songs on the EP and it will be around 25-30 minutes long.

The new material sounds quite amazing, just from these short clips. I can already tell that a full song is going to blow everyone away, once you guys release one. It seems like the new material is a solid mix of all the Skyfire styles wrapped in a new package. And the keyboard work is reminding me alot of "Timeless Departure"! Cant wait to hear the new EP! Cheers!

Hey guys, Martin from Skyfire here with an announcement. As you may have noticed, we are delayed (as usual!) The EP hasn’t been released yet, but there is a good explanation for this.
Skyfire is unsigned at the moment so we have decided to send out a promo to some selected record labels in case some of them might be interested. Otherwise we will release the EP as a digital download ourselves.
But for now you can enjoy the sample from the promo song “Like a Shadow”!
The winners in our x-mas facebook competition will get an exclusive copy of the promo cd (including artwork), there are only 15 copies being made and ten will be handed out to our fans! That’s why we kept you guys waiting! Keep your eyes open for new competitions and thanks for your support!

Hi. Instead of making a new thread, I can ask here: can you tell me who the songwriters were for your album, Spectral? I can't find my disc. Who was/were the primary writers (music, not lyrics)? Thanks.
