Right now I'm waiting for the official release date to be announced by Lion Music. So I can tell you that it will be very soon!

I know the bottom string is a F# but I'm not sure about the rest so...ROB....PLEASE TAKE IT FROM HERE!

i think it can't be a f# cause the 8th string should be have in orderto hold chords ( power chords ) with the 7th sring ( i guess ) . . .rob .. where are ya

No, it's a RMC Polydrive with a 13 pin output.
The MIDI electronics are inside of the guitar and connected to the piëzo bridge pickups. This system works great!

So that means that you can switch the piezo on/off with midi or...???
I'm sorry, want to work with midi but don't know how!

Well, there's a seperate switch for MIDI, MIDI/magnetic or just magnetic and you can add the piëzo to the magnetic signal with the blend knob or in my case with a seperate volume knob.
My bass has the following knobs and switches:
-Magnetic neck (Conklin custom) pickup volume knob
-Magnetic bridge (Conklin custom) pickup volume knob
-Piëzo (RMC) volume knob
-Synth (RMC Polydrive) volume knob
-MIDI, MIDI/magnetic, magnetic switch
-Patch selector
-3 band equalizer (treble eq, midrange eq, low eq)

For my basses I use Snakeskins strings (by Conklin). And since I have a deal with Conklin I can get them for an extreme low price. So I don't buy them at a store (cause they're not available at stores) but Conklin sends them to me.
