A couple of my favorite lyrical passages from the new album...

Hi,

I don't have any songs or videos to spark some enthusiasm, but I do have lyrics. As a singer, I'm always interested to look at what bands are singing about, so I was curious if you all wanted to see a few of my favorite passages from the new one. If you like to read them...I hope you enjoy them. If you hate lyrics...I'm sorry for wasting your time.

"I’ve seen her in my dreams
Just can’t let it be
We’re woven in something and still between"

"On the long trail of exceptions
You’re the answers and the questions
And in this world revolving time
You’re the one keeping me alive"

"The war that our world presents to us all
Gave the man of stone, all things great and small"

"Deceit and deception perfected
In this world of hatred"

Hope you enjoyed them...I had a good time writing them for this album.

I'm mixing the part where the lyrics are:

"The wait for something else to bleed
Gave way to someone finally…"

and I keep hearing the last line as "Gabe waved to someone finally," as we did as Clay was recording it.
