Favotire Symphony X piano passages?
What are your guys' favorite piano passages in all of Symphony X's songs?
I like the intro the 'Orion The Hunter' that piano interlude is sweet, it pumps me up for the rest of the song. The rythm parts to 'Communion and the Oracle' and 'Candlelight Fantasia' are pretty amazing imo. |

There are so many awesome "keyboard" parts that Pinnella does in the band, but if we're talking pure "piano" parts, it's got to be the end of Egypt.

Awakenings and Egypt are the immediate standouts, and TTLG and Accolade II also have excellent use of piano.

Right before the first verse in Through The Looking Glass.
Also, on Live In Olympus (the bootleg from Japan), Pinnella plays a REALLY cool passage under Romeo's guitar solo.

When I can sit down and listen to the song "the Odyssey" it has countless awesome piano parts littered throughout, but I love the part just before Champion Of Ithica
