Ooh, this thread!!

This picture is actually my avatar, but in good, see-able size.

This was taken right after the victory parade for the New York Giants winning the Super Bowl; shortly after the parade wrapped up, my brother and I walked down to the World Trade Center Memorial, and I took this picture right next to my father's name, where it's carved into the steel for the victims in the towers on September 11. It's probably one of the more meaningful pictures I've taken in my life.
