It is defiantly not the Metal Masters tour, the Pageant is too small for that.

I read a rumor somewhere that Motorhead will also be on the St Louis show, but I have no confirmation.

I plan on seeing Testament in London at the Metal Hammer awards (I shudder at the quantity of crap bands that I will have to endure before I see the mighty Testament!). Does anybody know how long they will be playing? Are they headlining this event?
