There's a computer program called Powertab that realyl good. It can play the notes as midi also. There's some pretty great guys that tab for that program so it's usually very accurate. There's quite a lot of Testament tabs there. It's a freeware program btw.
You'll have to dl the freeware program first but then go here: http://www.powertabs.net/ 51 Testament tabs as of now. |

If there's a powertab or guitar pro file for a song that seems to be perfectly transcribed, it's often just a rip off of a TAB book. I've seen one for "The New Order" once but it was horribly expensive.
I have an exemplar of a guitar magazine from a few years back where Eric - the man himself - goes through Testament's most known riffs (like Pratice, Haunting, Into The Pit etc.). I treasure that fucker! ![]() |

I have a tab book for "Souls Of Black" in excellent condition that I would be willing to sell for a reasonable price + postage to whatever part of the world it had to go to.
When you guys say $50 is alot to pay - bear in mind that here in England when the books hit the shelves they cos us the best part of £15-£20 ($30-$40) so with em being as rare as they are now $50 isnt a bad price I dont think! Then again something is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay as I find out on Ebay all the time! Last edited by Bollox : March 22nd, 2008 at 02:41 PM. |

the Official "Low" TAB book has my solos dead accurate, because i transcribed them myself... funny, the other guys they had assigned to transcribe that book were really cool, but actually argued a bit with about what i had played... lol... good stuff. it's a rarity, as it's been out of print for a while. i have a couple, but i'm holding on to them, and scanning them would damage them... and be illegal.. so forget that.
