crimson, I was not able to get an extra ProgPower sampler. It is a 3 CD package and was in high demand. They were pretty adamant on each person getting only one. Sorry

I heard "writings in the sand" and i absolutely love it and told all my friends about it and they are stoked to hear it. I can't stop listening to it, Matt you never fail at giving us great christian metal man! by the way, i do have the debut theocracy album and its better than most of my secular albums without a doubt. rock on

You're killing me! I really want to hear the new song. Matt, can you please post it on the main page? I absolutely love every song on your CD by the way. God has truly given you a gift for writing lyrics and making incredible music.

Hey Everyone--
Just a quick update on the album, since I know it's been pretty quiet lately. Just recently finished writing yet another song, so we have too much material for one CD and I'm not sure what to do because I don't really feel any of the songs are b-side material, but I don't want to release a double either...
I'll definitely never make this "record as we write and go along" mistake again. It takes too long, and makes it impossible to get a consistent sound; plus I've found I work better off a schedule. Oh well, live and learn. The main holdup now is this big epic I'm struggling with. Most of it is written but I'm in the arrangement and final writing stages of it and it's been driving me mad (always does, though). I think I'm going to take next week off from everything and do nothing but concentrate on finishing the writing, so then we'll finally be able to make some real progress. Believe me, I'm more impatient for it to be done than anyone! We want to make sure we're happy with it though, so it will be done when it gets done.

Thanks for your patience and for sticking with us!

You could release it as an enhanced CD that has the songs that don't fit in MP3 format as well as the others in their normal CD audio format or something. Whatever you do, I'm eagerly anticipating it.

What about releasing some songs on an EP before you release the new album? A little teaser, of sorts. Something to wet our appetites with.

By the way, I just threw on the Theocracy CD today for the first time in a while! Man, it's STILL a killer CD. So anyway, I had to visit the site and found my way here. My name is Ken! DIGGIT!!

The reason our new album is taking so long, just in case you're curious.
