Driveway=is for a quick exit when emptying ones house which is not yours and you have to Drive a Way, no time to reverse. "slang"
Parkway= we all park on the parkway one time in our lives, Tis the meeting spot, not just for lovers 
good one. OK
Why do they call it a FREEWAY when you can't take it and in some places you have to bloody pay a TOLL
