LOL This review can't be real can it? This could be a textbook example of extreme fanboying; however, it seems to be a bit too much and seems more like a mocking of fanboying?
hey maybe "Big Daddy" knows his stuff :Spin:
damn i need that leak http://metallife.com/metal-life-album-review-symphony-x-underworld/
Buying it no matter what (in fact I already did), but I was hoping for an early leak so I could have it for my 4th of July party lol.
Anyways metal crypt also reviewed it.

negative review 6.5/10 http://www.metal-observer.com/3.o/review/symphony-x-underworld/
I'm really glad I use a streaming music service now, so I don't have to actually buy an album before I've heard it all the way through. It saved me from paying for the last album, which I didn't care for at all and if this album is in the same vein it'll save me a few bucks again.
6.5 out of 10, and generally the "metal-observer" review is not outright negative IMO. When I was a reviewer, I also gave 6 or 6.5 points to some albums that I've enjoyed listening, but disappointed by as a result of my high expectations. It is also interesting and a good review. I think that I'll most probably like listening to"Underworld" very much, but I may also have given it a similar rating to be objective, and if I felt like the album doesn't meet the band's much higher standarts.
The Metal Observer review may not have the highest score, it's the best review I have read so far. Unlike the other reviews, this one gives me a little bit of hope for a half decent album. It appears to be a good and honest review.
cool interview with Romeo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0usRzZVfmB8
He compares "To Hell and Back" with Accolade II and Through the Looking Glass!
And another Romeo interview! He acknowledges the subsection of fans who didn't like the Iconoclast approach and says this album has stuff for them.
Another, not so positive but positive review:
A pretty good review that doesn't sound like it's from a fanboy
Argh - still two weeks to go....:Spin::Spin:
