    I don't see why a hosting company would willfully do that. You sure one of the SPAM outlets didn't manage to gain access to your account somehow?

    That's not hosting dude, that's definitely some spam code or similar. Check your header file first for any stray code etc!!!

    I found the code it was sitting directly in the index.html file. Have had this happen before and had to remove it as well and have reset my passwords twice since the first time it happened, so I'm not sure who's to blame but it would be strange if I was hacked 3 times, especially such a fucking low profile piece of crap website... Ugh.

    What are the permissions on the folder like - If they are 777 consider readjusting because bots can manipulate that an upload shit to your server automatically.

    I've had this happen to clients before too, it's a bitch but yeah,
    Not really the hostings fault. Header/ index/ footer... Have never found the stray code elsewhere :)
