    Ok, Who is going everybody?

What is this Mortal Sin band like, I have heard much of them and from what I can gather on their site, they are a thrash/traditional metal band. I really think they should put some clips up on their site so people can hear them.

I am looking forward to this gig it should be some headbanging fun :D

Anybody know about recent Anthrax sets? Alot of the old Belladonna shit i am guessing?

    Cheers All :headbang:

I bought a ticket to the Brisbane show and I can't go. I'm not happy.

Flip and myself will be there.

Mortal Sin were awesome at the Awards night before MFTB, interested to see how the two new guys go.

I've seen setlists for the first two reunion shows. A few changes between the nights, majority of the songs have been sung by Bush on the previous tour.

I's will be attempting to make the Sydney show, but it's not a top priority for I right now.
Not too keen on seeing Mortal without Wayne. Just not the same honestly.
And not a big enough fan of 'Thrax to go out and buy a ticket.
So, I's will wait until next week to see how things pan out, in terms of getting a lift, ticket, cash, etc.
So, that's all I's gotta say 'bout that.
    Peace

Heard an interview with one of the Anthrax guys on the radio the other night. He said they're only playing Belladonna era stuff.

    How much are tickets?

Dude, it's the 1985 lineup... they're only playing stuff they wrote..

Tickets are like $61 or something.

11 more sleeps to go! :hotjump:

I haven't been this excited in ages! The 1990 show kicked my ass, still one of the most memorable shows I've ever witnessed.

First show set list in Detroit was drool worthy:

    Blue Brothers Intro
    Among The Living
    Got the Time
    Metal Thrashing Mad
    Caught in a Mosh
    AIR
    Keep It In the Family
    Antisocial
    Indians
    Armed and Dangerous
    Deathrider
    Medusa
    Efilnikufesin (NFL)
Intro to Reality/Belly of the Beast
    I Am the Law
    ----
    Be All, End All
    I'm the Man
    Gung-Ho

Apparently a 20 minute movie starts off the night... this is gonna be huge!

Maybe they wanna make some money, they are one of "the 4" thrash bands of the 80s. I say pay the fucking money its not that much.

My parents pay for my shit :)
I was willing to pay 130 dollars for metallica but got fucked by the ticketek site. So 61 dollars is not much to me.

Well for someone who pays rent, has bills and transport costs to cover and groceries, among other things, $61 to see a burned-out band who had their day in the sun almost 20 years ago is a lot of money.

I think it's fucking odd that a band who toured here only 12months ago with 2 other excellent international bands (Killswitch and Soilwork), are now touring again with an inferior lineup and only one local suppport - yet the ticket price is roughly the same. Gay.
