    From Blabbermouth:

ARCH ENEMY's previously announced U.K. tour, which was scheduled to take place at the end of April, has been postponed until later this year.

Commented the band in a statement: "Sorry to all our great U.K. fans, but the tour we had scheduled for next week has unfortunately been postponed 'till November 2010.

"As we all know, it's been a tough time in Europe with the volcanic ash shutting down airspace in 23 countries and causing travel misery for millions of people. One minute airports are open — the next they are not.

"We are determined to make these shows work, but don't want to disappoint our fans, so it has been mutually agreed upon that the best way forward is to postpone the U.K. dates 'till November.

"We'd like to thank all of the promoters who took on the shows, and also the support bands — everything was shaping up very nicely and their professionalism is obvious. We appreciate their willingness to make these shows happen later in 2010 and we're more eager than ever to do so.

"It's important to make it clear that this is not a cancellation — we just have to move the tour to a different time.

"Sorry, again, to all who planned to attend. Hope to see you in November!"

The new ARCH ENEMY U.K. dates are as follows:

    Nov. 23 - Manchester, UK @ Academy 2
    Nov. 24 - Glasgow, UK @ Garage
Nov. 25 - Wolverhampton, UK @ Wulfrun Hall
Nov. 27 - London, UK @ The Forum (w/ SABBAT)

Does this mean that Sabbat are only playing the rescheduled London date and nowhere else?

Yeah, can understand it from their viewpoint though, as it'd be even worse if it all went tits up and was cancelled a day before the tour.

Just received the following email, "A.E feel your August dates will pull heads away from the November tour dates, and feel it is best that you do not do the November tour."
So we look forward to seeing everyone who hasn't seen Sabbat in a while in August where we can do a headline set anyway. Apologies to anyone with tickets to see us on the Arch Enemy shows, I'm sure they'll be great... hopefully no volcanos in November.
Anyone seeking a refund should contact point of purchase.

Well Sabbat were the only reason I was really going to go to see Arch Enemy, so I'm lucky I waited before buying ticket!

    What a bunch of c**ts.
The only reason I bought the ticket was for Sabbat (okay, and a little bit because of Chthonic and Enslaved but mainly Sabbat).

    Tossers.
