Tried some sour Omniopollos and Brewskis yesterday. Omnipollos were thicc like thawed ice creams and the Brewski berliner weisses tasted like a pie, all around, including dough.

Had another delicious hazy, juicy New England IPA out of Worcester, MA tonight. It's quickly becoming my preferred craft brew style.

 

Have any of y'all Americans tried anything like Kentucky Brunch Brand Stout from the Toppling Goliath Brewing Company? Top dog according to @beeradvocate. I'd love to try something so thick and glorious as people say about this stout. inb4 try @Retard or @arg

 

Opened this coveted hypemachine yesterday. It's Omnipollo's bourbon barrel agen Aon 2019. It was farily disappointing because it both smelled and tasted like chocolate frosting. It has spent 18 months in bourbon barrels yet any of the barrel character is just buried in pastry bullshit. To add on that, the price tag on this was fucking stupid.



This second one on the other hand was brilliant and costs 1/3rd of the price. It's from Holland, a 12.5abv barley wine aged in Bordeaux barrels. It was beautiful, from the mahagony color to the red wine aroma, with nice heat to it.

Heh I ordered a completely random set of beers just to tikk something new and random. This will be interesting. They will last for at least there days because I will always just bring 5 home and keep the rest at work. Otherwise I might be a bad boy and rip through this fifteen all at once.

 

Lol they just announced a Trillium tap takeover in one of the beer bars in Prague. That place is going to be PACKED with tikkers. I kinda want to go just to observe. (Of course I want to drink Trillium casually as well, but I'm afraid this is not going to be a pleasant experience altogether ).

 

Ordered some mostly Europeeon beers. A lot of porters and stouts in this one, gonna be all dark beer here for like a week.

 

So they had to cancel the event but they still had the kegs so they tapt them yesterday and only the truest untappers like me were there to drink the Trilliumz.
