There is an absolutely epic breakdown in Rainroom from Brave Murder Day.

Yeah, sooo many epic moments in so many Katatonia songs. One is the intro of Tonight's Music.

    Intro to Endtime

And the little guitar interlude on Brave, you get four bars of it and you just want some more...And you do! But with bass harmonizing the second time around.

Dee dooo da dah da dada da da de de de dah. :D

I'd have to agree. The way the start to Omerta follows is perfect.

    "Don't you know
I'm the end of what we are
    And right below us
    The last thing you'll see..."

    Shit yeah.

    Slow...
    Descending from a Silent sky
Death comes to take me away
And from the Gateways you hear me
    cry...

    ...I love you...

    ^^^^^^
That right there just is the saddest. One of my favorite parts in any song ever. I'll think of my other Kat favs later.

The "sleepy" clean guitar part in 12. Just orgasmic. The first verses in "Chrome" and "Saw You Drown" also gives me chills. The "I can't sleep tonight.." part of "At Last" is also immaculate. I could just go on forever, so I'll stop here.
