I have to admit I was wrong. Even tho I generally hate novelty when it comes to DAW, It is much better than I expected it to be .
Bought it as well recently, I could never go back again!
Bought it a couple months ago and I love it!
I'll get it as soon as I actually find the time to install Win7 - I'm still on XP
Silly question perhaps, but i upgraded to cubase 7 from 6.
Do i still need 6? or can i part from it and if in case of a re-install, i wont be needing 6?
I'd use 7 for awhile to make sure everything is running smooth on your system. But you shouldn't need 6 anymore. I'm pretty sure 7 has everything 6 does.
I wanna get it but $200 to upgrade from 6......seems a bit much
I upgraded from 6 and wish I hadn't. I am really not a fn of the new mixer. I'm getting used to it, but it's really not my thing.
Pretty stoked to get this. We will be upgrading from 5.5
The only thing that makes me rage so far is when cubase won't quit because it's waiting for some sort of video engine or some shit like that.
Other than that, C7 has been pure win.
Available from december 4! Paid update!
Mmmm... Paid? How much would that be?
$50 I think. Just like for 6.5 update.
Ah well, seems fair...
Yup, I'll be getting this one. Tab to transient, playlists, re-record, and a few other things (like Mavericks support ) have me intrigued.
"All customers who have activated Cubase 7 or Cubase Artist 7 (includes full retail version, educational version, updates and upgrades) on October 15, 2013, or later, are eligible to obtain a free Grace Period update to Cubase 7.5 or Cubase Artist 7.5. "
Can someone explain to me wtf does this mean? I bought it on Jan 3.2013 do I need to pay for the update or do I get it for free?
actually this time the upgrade seems really lame, compared to the one from cubase 6 to 6.5.
