That Killswitch Engage/Cannibal Corpse project released a track:

Closer to a standard (though enjoyable) death metal track than I expected.

Been waiting to hear Corpsegrinder on something fast but not the usual recycled Cannibal Corpse. Gonna check it out later for sure.

New Alcest song sounded pretty nice. Good rebound after Metallica and Opeth made me puke blood through my ears too.

This new Blood Incantation album is scratching that death metal itch. (Or "filling Qth's void" or whatever the kids are saying these days.)

    Nice! Thanks for the tip.

Damn, they combine so many elements, it's super dark, doomy, old-school Morbid Angel, it's melodic, sometimes almost Gothenburgish, it's primitive sounding, savage, chaotic, yet technically very proficient. Wow, I'm amazed! Just listened to the album, now listening to the debut EP, sounds just as great!
