[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]You may remember last year that due to the fact that the DOMINION venue had a strict 18 plus policy,

this meant that a lot of PMUK's younger supporter's were unable to get into the gig on the day.

A lot of these youngsters come from the Withernsea area, and have been staunch supporters of most of the gigs that we have put on up that way.

With this in mind then, the team at PMUK have decided to put on a mini festival, at the Victoria Tavern In Withernsea as a Thank You to all the crazy metalheads from the local area who cannot travel to any of our other more high profile gigs.

DO-mini-ON (see what we did there?- clever eh? )

Will be held at the Victoria Tavern in Withernsea

    On Saturday April 8th

It is an all dayer, starting at 1.00 in the afternoon, and going on until close.

This is likely to be the biggest gig that Withernsea has ever seen

with 6 bands already confirmed and more to come

The price for the whole mini festival will be only £5

Passouts will be available, so people can come and go as they please and there will be cds and merch to browse and buy at your leisure.

Failing that, you can go have a game of bingo [IMG]

Stay tuned to the PMUK forum, as i will be announcing some of the confirmed bands on Saturday ( Big clue here..)

    Spread the word..... [IMG]

This should be a good one, we were supposed to play with Heretic once before, but alas events occured and we had to pull out! Never heard of Evile or Pitiful Reign though!

    Unfortunately
Evile have had to pull out from DO-mini-ON
due to circumstances beyond their control, :(
But stay tuned, as we should be able to announce their replacements, and the final bands soon :)

    Meet Grey
For a very limited time only, The PMUK duck!
He will be making his first UK festival appearance on the PMUK stall at Progpower UK on Saturday
followed by DO-mini-ON, and other selected gigs.
So along with other merchandise available, you will be able to purchase your very own Duck of Metal
As the name suggests he is metal in colour, and metal in nature, with his pierced beak
You cannot get these ducks anywhere else in the UK at the moment.
They are a PMUK exclusive, certainly til the egg laying season!
Grey is a friendly sort and does not bite, so come along and say hello
and say Hi to the members of the PMUK team while you're at it !

    The Crew
I didnt get pics of all of the bands unfortunately, due to my dodgy camera batteries,
But I cannot sing the praises of everyone involved highly enough.
from the sheer professionalism of ALL the bands, who put on a great show,
down to the supreme effort of the incredible PMUK team who worked tirelessly all weekend to make the show a success, and all the band changeovers so slick 8)
Thanks go to Mick and Lou, Lisa and Rose, our merchandisers and
the Hellborne, who make every show a delight to attend.
Also a BIG shout out to Paul and Wendy, who opened their house up to a plethora of metal types, including most of the bands and audience for the aftershow party, and for putting up the bands who stayed over
and looked after them all so well.
and lastly to everyone who turned up on the day to show your support
    a huge
    THANK YOU
:worship: :worship: :kickass: :headbang: :worship: :worship:
