And now for something completely different! Last week it was amazing guitar work, this week it's amazing acrobatics from a very beautiful girl (in fact, this forum's very own Wenda - well, when she used to post here anyway):

That video looks awesome, from my completely unexperienced eye for film .

I can imagine someone watching that and getting a glimpse of the Majesty tat and being like "WTFFFF?!" (hey, how many prog-inclined pole dancers can there be?)

I love the dermals on her hips - very nice in deed.

Thanks for the comments guys, and thank you Tim of course for the fabulous video :)

Haha Matt - probably not many. I should try and choreograph a DT song, although there aren't many which would be suitable (I could probably manage Anna Lee maybe... *strokes chin*) :) And well spotted Mean Bitch; they aren't dermals though, they're surface bars (the ones on my chest are dermals, however) :) They are indeed very nice, but I did nearly rip one of them out in a dancing accident where they got caught in my partner's hair. Not cool.

C'mon, how could you miss doing "The DANCE of Eternity"?

That would actually be the coolest thing ever if you could choreograph moves to that song.

Ah god damn that made me cringe just thinking about getting them caught ouch! Iv wanted dermals for a while, just have to work out where to get them :D I saw a chick at a gig who had the southen cross on her hip lol...

A Dream Theater pole dance song would go forever, you would need to be super fit! but deffently worth it :kickass:

Here's a quick one I shot while Electrik Dynamite were recording their debut album here at SLS earlier this month:

That was really cool, and I bet lots of fun along the way planning all the props and venues!
I enjoyed the song and the story, matched the video beautifully.

Quite a lot of compromises in the shoot, especially weather-wise. That was a nightmare!

More or less, this was just an excuse for me and James to test out our toys on a non-client project. The last thing you want to discover on a paid shoot is that you suck at using the steadycam or the crane doesn't work properly or whatever, and it was a big learning experience doing this outdoors in an extremely short timeframe too. That's gonna make to the two clips we're doing this weekend about 50 times easier! :)

Incredibly psyched for this Saturday. Especially after seeing the camera work in that last scene!
