    I'd love you to do a UK tour again too! I'm hoping to go to as many of the gigs as possible next time round, essentially following the tour bus to the next gig :p.

    I do find it strange that for a band with such a globally dedicated following, that the shows in the UK weren't brilliantly attended. I mean, at the Cardiff gig in February I made it to the front despite being one of the last people in (I was held back for being underage but they let me in in the end).

    I think if you were able to combine a tour of yours with something that attracts large followings no matter what, e.g. the unholy alliance tour (I know that's not quite your guys style but the last tour managed to fill the mid-sized arenas pretty well.

    If you do any UK shows soon, let me know about it if you could, I've done a bit of promoting work in my area and I know a few guys about. Or would it be better to get old of century media, as they are the ones who get a say in where you guys get to play?

    Thanks for the response Niklas, and I hope you enjoy the rest of Europe. Keep playing awesome music guys. :)

    Dan

    Seams like you, folks in Europe, don't need visas to go from UK to Germany or France. So what's your problem? :p

    The fact i can't leave this country without spending £100 on fuel in terms of for a flight or for a ferry, and then the accomodation, the travel to the airport/ferryport, and my food. One gig would cost me near enough 500euros. That's my problem:loco:

    indeed, you guys in europe are lucky for two reasons;

    you aren't on an island, so everything you import isn't at a huge premium, and travelling away from your home country costs less than it does from here in the UK

    also - you have the euro, I WANT THE EURO ALREADY! :heh:

    Paperwork is way more hassle, like being turned back from the airport because you don't have a transit visa for the country you are making a connecting flight in.

    Priceless.

    i agree but not having the money to afford a flight/ long train trip and a hotel room can also be a valid reason for not going to a gig in an other country :p

    eeeeh, always excuses!

    You, western europeans shouldn't complain about lack of money! :p
    Poor filthy immigrants from third world countries may have a right to complain. Sometimes. :headbang:

    hey - thanks for that :)

    so are you another band member in disguise on these forums? Im new here so dont recognise any of the names

    and by the way to whoever said it, here in the UK, the third world immigrants get treated better than i do, and have more money too, theyre also in line before me in terms of jobs, and as a kid who's still at school, just trying to work my ass off every weekend to see the best band on the planet when they come to the UK is hard enough :)

    Caotico, Oav, ZodiJackyl, warwick, ::.:martinb

    I've been on the forum for 4 years, all of the above have posted here in that time
    never seen a post by Anders or maybe I just don't know his ID?

    Obviously Caotico is Niklas,
    And I'm guessing warwick is Michael Niklasson
    and ::.:martinb is martin brandstrom,

    who are Oav and ZodiJackyl?

    Martin Henriksson (Oav)
    Mikael Stanne (ZodiJackyl)

    Back in the day, I remember Fredrick being discussed but do not recall anything firm?
    Maybe I was out of the loop or my memory is clouded by the sands of time?

    Sure i am, just not of DT. I am a member of my imaginary band, and one day i will be famous. :loco:

    And btw don't thank me, i was trying to sarcastically point out that a dedicated fan should know when his favourite band in the world is going to play near him, for example by checking local gigs or the band's tour dates every now and then. :p
