First time I payed for a pro mix (metal/heavy rock content)

    ... and I'm very glad I did.
    While I can make a decent sounding mix, there definitely is a noticeable difference between DIY and professional work.
    I learned a lot here through the years, but I never realized how many tricks up their sleeves people that do this day-by-day have.
    Plus, it is soooo much easier just being a musician and doing what you're told :)
    Not to mention another pair of ears that are usually better than musicians, and creative input that greatly improves the song.

    Anyway, here's the song, any input is appreciated:


    Guitars are Schecter Hellraiser C7 with 81-7 through various Kemper profiles (4 tracks) for rhythm, Ibanez 570DXQM with Dimarzio Andy Timmons for solo, and some additional layers in chorus with a custom Tele.
    Drums are Superior 2, a combination of Avatar and Staub SDX libraries.
