    64 pushups and 10-15 pullups

    As i said before, im slightly skinny. Most people think i weigh more, one kid thought i was like 150 so maybe i weigh more than i think. My scale is fucked up

    yea if you weigh 120 and can overhead press 100 then you're a definitely a strong ass little dude.

    you should be doing more pull-ups tbh but im still not sure how you're built.

    Took this after pressing and walking half a mile carrying a 35 pound plate. That shit was hard because i have small ass hands and cant grip it easily. My forearms are going to fucking hurt tomorrow

    Im gonna revive this thread with a post chest workout pic.

    I switched schools and ive been getting back into working out...at my old school i was taking a weightlifting class and it sucked because i was always starving and it was really not the kind of lifting i wanted to do. Now im pretty hyped
