I'm in love with Dimmu's new song.
Planning on def going to Soundwave now. Is it possible for it to sell out?

Last time I checked Melbourne was at 80% sold. I'm assuming most of the other capital cities are following.

No Rob, that's the final announcement now. Even with Soundgarden, I don't think BDO can top this for me.

That would make for one hell of a weekend.

Im loveing the new additions to the line it up, but its going to be impossible to not have clashes!

I am pissed at the Metallica first gigs being more then a month after the latest sale! I ended up going last night it was pretty fucking awesome, however I dont particulay like the round stage, I get the concept and there really wasnt much of a mosh pit because of it, lots of people got to be "at the front" but really it was very up and down, if you were being played to everyone reved up, if you were watching there backs on the other side it wasnt as pumped untill they came back...
and If you are yet to go, dont stand anywhere near where they come on to stage, there was hardly any action down that end :(
Im looking forward to seeing them again in a month - Bring On Brisbane! hehehe

I was down that end... I was the bloke with long hair and slayer tshirt going a wee bit stupid! :p But yeah I'm not a big fan of the round stage either... you see them on your side of the stage for a minute and then you see no of them because they're over on the other side.

The thing that shit me the most last night was the "fans". Nobody seemed interested in the show until they played Enter Sandman or the "hits" and then there was the dickheads during FF that got the shits with me because I was enjoying the show...

All in all it was a bloody ripper of a show despite what I just mentioned and my neck being fucked for headbanging and I'm definitely looking forward to the November shows as they will easily top last night IMO.

Sorry cant say I could tell who you are from that discription lol, its nearly as bad as saying Im the guy wearing the MetallicA shirt hahah. I was the chick with Long hair and in black  Lol my neck hurts too

I think it really depends on where you stand to how much your going to enjoy the show, some people looked like thay were having a great time, others just looked board.
Being short it was fucking hard to see anything since the stage wasnt really that high, and you guys are friggen tall!
meh other shows will defently be better, Ill wear platforms! Not complaining though MetallicA rocked!

We started off there to watch them enter but then moved to the sides and rotated with the drums almost.

I was the one with the hot blonde :D

FF were great, what was their F problem?

I thought the round stage was pretty good viewing as they did move around and tended to keep far apart so crowds did get to see them close up for long enough every now and then. Yeah it would piss you off if you wanted to watch a particular solo and the guy was on the other side of the stage with back towards you.

FOZZY, the band featuring WWE Wrestling Superstar CHRIS JERICHO and Stuck Mojo mastermind RICH ‘The Duke’ WARD have announced that due to overwhelming public demand they will return to Australia for the first time since 2005!

I believe they released 500 more tickets for Melbourne. They are selling very, very fast. Check the Soundwave Facebook page.
I love that I am confirmed to do the riders for the bands at the Adelaide Soundwave again next year, can't fucking wait.
