    This is incredible! We'll have to try) I actually do yoga in complete silence, I try to hear myself! But over time, I got tired of this format, to be honest. I am surprised by the fact that Johan Hegg and his wife teach yoga-to the music of Iron Maiden. This sounds like an innovation in everyday gray life! By the way, I read an interesting article on best yoga mat . There they say that doing yoga with music is even better than in silence. We need to check it out!
