Has anyone used one of these?

When the cash starts rolling in I'm going to be getting a computer and a some gear. I've been eyeing the 002 for a while as I'm most likely to go ProTools, but recently this has caught my eye.

It looks really similar but has more features and is half the price! It doesn't operate as a standalone mixer though...
But it has 8 Mic Pres (vs 4 on 002) in addition to ADAT and SPDIF, a master fader, word clock i/o, jog wheel, amoung other things...

    Anyone used one?
How's M-Powered ProTools treating you as well if you're an M-Audio user...
