You know who's a great band? Converge. I love the shit out of Petitioning the Empty Sky. Second that for Integrity's Those Who Fear Tomorrow: classic, mind-blowing album.

Eh, well, I rarely post in this thread, so I wouldn't know. I was just listening to that Integrity album, and before that the Converge album, so I thought I'd remind everybody that they both rule.

Converge rules but they do get talked about a lot here. They sound more like straight-up hardcore than metalcore, though.

Speaking of Converge, has anyone heard of Stray From the Path or heard their latest, Villains? Great stuff.

I've also been listening to a lot of these albums lately

Embrace The End - Ley Lines (Cop In a Cage ftmfw)
With Dead Hands Rising - Expect Hell
    War From A Harlot's Mouth - Transmetropolitan
The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza - Danza II: The Electric Boogaloo
    A Textbook Tragedy - Intimidator
    Shai Hulud - Misanthropy Pure

All shall perish and carnifex are awesome although i would class them as deathcore not metalcore and the devil wears prada seem pretty crappy haha not liking the whiny vocals. Looking forward to triviums new stuff apparently they're going back to how they used to sound which should be interesting what d'you all think?

Personally, I think Carnifex, TDWP and Trivium all really suck. All Shall Perish have some okay stuff though.

haha, the first part of my comment was in reference to someone trying to split hairs about genres of metal.

The second part is a play on "The Longships are Coming" by Unleashed. :)

You gave me a good laugh, sir. *Salute*

I've been all about Fuck the Facts, From a Second Story Window, Glass Casket, The Human Abstract, Harlots and the really old Underoath lately.
