English lagers are meant to be drunk at room temperature, and they actually taste better like that.
Beez Neez isn't anything special.
La Trappe is pretty good, I've been enjoying the Tripel and Quadruppel lately.
Brutal. I prefer the Blond and Witte. The Witte would be one of my favourite beers.
La Trappe ist good
Well I like Carlton Extra Dry with a slice on lemon in it ... very nice .... must but some more lemons for this afternoon me reckons
I tried Beez Neez once, and thought it was weak and uninspiring. A while later I thought I'd try it again, and unfortunately came to the same conclusion.
I was in Hahndorf in SA a couple of days ago and tried a Hofbräu Dunkel (dark) in a German pub. It was very pricey, but very nice.
all the free brews we are getting on tour is good , me very happy boy
I had a drop in Holland called Jupiler which wasnt too bad , good drop.
Jupiler seemed to be the most popular beer in Belgium if I remember correctly, tho I never did try it. Will do next time.
You can't go wrong with Dutch beer though.
call me ignorant, call me stupid but Boags Draught is the only beer for me,i'm not one for the boutique beers,Boag's Draught is like mothers milk for me
is'nt Boags Beer a Boutique Beer as well..............
nah not where i live, brewed in my home town of Launceston, its pretty much standard here
the draught is standrd although i think they do do a couple which cater to the boutique
I certainly wouldn't call Boags Draught boutique, and it is surely nicer than Carlton Draught and VB.
aggreed and i'm drinking it now
I'm not a big fan of Boags. Cascade for the Tasmanian beer win!
i guess it's a matter of taste and i don't mind Cascade Pale Ale but Boags Draught is a beer that always tastes good to me
I just picked up some JS Amber Ale on the way home. Yum.
Boags Draught is pretty good as a standard sort of beer. The best Boags brew is Wizard Smith's. I think Cascade's a bit better than Boag's overall though.
I never tried the Wizard Smith's, and we don't stock it at work anymore. My favourite Boags is the St George.
That one's pretty good too, especially when it's hot. I arrived in Wycheproof in western Victoria once and was hanging for a beer. Bought a few of those and it was gold. Do you work at a bottle shop?
