After the recent and very successful South American dates and due to the overwhelming response from the fans, The band with David Vincent are preparing for more devastating tours in 2005! This is truly a historic event featuring the classic lineup that masterminded some of the most important and influential extreme metal recordings of all time!

There will be several legs for the upcoming tour beginning with a co-headline tour in North America with Soulfly!

Personnaly I'd be happier to see them perform only old stuff when Vincent was there...but they don't seem to be coming to Canada often. :p

Actually I'm really looking forward to seeing Vincent un-suck some of the "Formulas" stuff. And he's such a better bassist than Tucker, too. Maybe not Jared, but then his vocals bit anus.

    Necrophagist is confirmed European support.

I have also heard a rumour (and only a rumour) that the other band might be The Chasm.

There will be no support bands on this tour. It is set up the way it is so that each band will play a headlining set and that is it. Each band will be playing for roughly an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Morbid Angel is believed to only be playing stuff off the first four albums which is fine by me. I saw them last year and while they did rule they missed alot of essential classics like "Maze of Torment" and "Fall From Grace". I will be seeing them on the 27th in NYC. I actually hope they go on before Soulfly this way I get to see an entire headlining Morbid Angel set and I can go home and get some sleep before work the next morning rather than Soulfly going on first and the night just getting longer.
