music theory books

    well i have couple of music theory books but those are just about basics things,do u guys know any good music theory books that have higher content ?thanx

    probably your best bet would be to go on amazon.com and see what they have...and i would get a couple so that you have some options if one doesnt present the same info as another

    If you already know the basics, then you should look into getting a book about harmony.

    Check out the GUITAR GRIMOIRE series, ive already composed a seven minute guitar solo thanks to these books, there are many of them.

    The best theory book I have seen is by Musicians Institute called Harmony and Theory.
