Sounds like my solid state combo Behringer that I had when I was in high school. Mixed with diarrhea. And fizz.

Man, the new John Petrucci Majesty Artisan series look amazing and have some really nice features too. Premier Guitar did a nice video of it on YouTube.

Seriously? is that what it takes to get them working in Cubase (Slate's own DAW...)? Kind of ridiculous.

Bugera night train sounds like shit. Majesty artisan looks so dope but have they set a price? I can only imagine it is staggering. (I'll keep my sights set on a regular 7 string majesty for now)

It's magnificent! Amazing how small they can make things these days. God bless those Japanese. :D

Yeah, this NAMM was extremely good for synths both analog and digital. With what you listed plus Omnisphere there are so many options to get extremely creative and refreshing sounds.

It was also nice of Yamaha to release their rights to the Sequential name back to the original owner...not only that but, it's priced rather fairly too.

^ wow man . I'm such a fan of analogue synthesizers. I want one of those badly one day ! I saw a video of someone using a real synth's filter on voice and it sounded so special.

in case you didn't see, slate's doing a deal on the subscription where existing customers get $200 credit after the first year. basically a no brainer for me now and I own almost everything slate's released.

I think that's in general and not just existing customers. Still, now I'm more interested in checking this out.

I want to see pics of killer stuff in this thread, not a discussion of the merits of different pay structures.

Steven Slate has announced that for every year of subscription($240) you get a $200 voucher from their online store which you can spend on any Steven Slate plugin. So you pay $240, can spend $200 and the last $40 go to having free access to all the latest Slate plugins. I don't see the downside, I really don't unless it changes a lot in the next couple of years.

I'm with egan. Would everyone just shut the hell up about Steven Slate's payment structure! Post some pics about NAMM gear or GTFO and start a separate Slate thread.

In the interest of moar pics and since we've mentioned synths already I will probably pick up some of the new Teenage Engineering synths to fuck with at work when nobody is looking.

The EC-407 they have there is a 25.5". Not up to the quality standards of the EC-1000 though.
