    Hey guys.

New Sylosis song Empyreal streaming on our new website www.sylosis.com

Produced and mixed by Scott Atkins again. Just 2 tracks of Marshall JVM either side and as much natural drums as possible. Wanted the mix less clean and more gnarly

    Hope you like it!

Love it. I think you really achieved what you wanted. First thing I thought was "Wow, those drums sound pretty natural (in comparison to the past releases)

Can't wait for the whole thing!

Oh and btw... are there going to be any clean vocals like conclusion of an age? I think I remember how you guys said you wanted to get rid of those.

Cannae wait for this album... going to be fucking awesome. You on vocals fits way better than I expected! That clean fade in at the end is super cool, too - incredibly clean playing!

Love the song, really like your vocals too - can't tell the difference all that much. But I was probably in the minority and quite liked the clean vocals on Conclusion...so hoping there are some on this album.

Yeah sounds rad bro! The mix and music like everyone already said is sick. I definitely like how you can hear the vocals better on this mix then the last album.

The tightness in your playing continues to terrify me.
The whole band really, just super tight and in the pocket:kickass:

Didnt care for the first album too much but this is sounding sick. Insanely tight.

Also is this still in standard tuning?

Yeh the whole thing is in E standard. Used JB pickup as well not EMGs.
There's still some clean singing but the albums heavier and I'm not really into obvious 'singy chorus' stuff personally

really digging it, especially that you have your own sound, e standard, passive pickups
and marshalls, that's a combination we're not hearing that often in modern metal.

Fair call - I honestly love your growled melody about the 2:00 mark - if there's more stuff like that... best album of 2011?
