    Interesting!

Need to test this when it's released. VoS gets regular use in my mixes.

"balances the perceived global vs. local micro dynamics of any incoming audio."

I must be really stoned, cause I have absolutely NO idea what that means :D

But knowing VoS, it's going to rock.

Yep. I have a degree in physics, but I still have no idea what those Tessla, preFIX and Rescue plugins do.

^Same, degree in Electrical Engineering and still can't decipher what the hell that means, but I have some theories...

Perceived Global [Dynamics]: Master Bus/Final Mix
Local Micro Dynamics: Individual track to be processed

I think the idea is it is a side chain processor, where it compares the dynamics of the mix and the desired track so that the individual track's dynamic properties are best suited for the mix.

Maybe, its just an idea, don't think the guys at VoS are of the native English speaking variety or were trying to oversimplify in a few words the process.

grabbing it now, this one looks interesting, like a gimmick but maybe it really works in which case it will be a lot better than just another comp or eq plug.

If someone would explain what this plugin does and how to use it maybe some mortal could use it. I know Variety makes great plugins.

From what I gathered from the manual you basically want each 3 bands to be hitting around the same level in the green, but they're all dependant on the others plus the settings, so you have to dick around until you get a balance.

I'm thinking it's just a clever compressor with some saturation that works in an interesting way.

I think it's just like regular vocal or bass rider from waves bundle. Maybe a bit smarter

Played around with it. Definitely sounds like it has some type of multiband saturation/compression involved. I'm probably wrong here, but it also felt like an upward expander that brought up the layers of subtle dynamics in each band, but I only tried it on the master fader.
