Opeths string gauge?

    I understand that mike uses D'Addario does anyone know the string gauge, or specific model?

    I believe he plays a 12 gauge string...that is, if that what "Takamine 12 String" means. Got the info from Wiki.

    Takamine 12 string is the acoustic Mike plays. A Takamine guitar, with 12 strings...

    Probably 10 - 46... That's what most people who play in standard tuning uses.

    It also depends on the tuning. I'm sure he uses different gauges for his guitars tuned to Drop D and open D Minor.
